Job Introduction
Are you organised, proactive and passionate about delivering great customer service? Join us as an Assistant Property Manager PRS & INT and play a key role in supporting the management of our Private Rented Sector (PRS) and Intermediate (INT) homes.
Working alongside our Property Managers, you'll help ensure residents receive an excellent service while keeping tenancies, records and property administration running smoothly. You'll respond to customer enquiries, coordinate repairs, support tenancy changes and maintain accurate records. Your work will help the team deliver against key service standards.
This is a busy and varied role where you'll manage competing priorities and work closely with colleagues across the business. You'll communicate regularly with residents, contractors and partner organisations, mainly by telephone and email. You'll be confident handling enquiries, resolving issues and remaining calm during challenging conversations.
Experience in housing, property management or the private rented sector would be an advantage. We're also keen to hear from candidates with strong administration and customer service experience. If you're organised, resilient and enjoy finding solutions, we'll provide the training and support to help you develop your housing knowledge.
We're happy for the successful candidate to be based from our Ealing, Staines, Oxford or Bristol office, with hybrid working available.
A Basic DBS check is required for this role.
